Founded in 2003, Chain Reaction makes service and leadership fun and impactful for teenagers. We provide meaningful experiences that empower teens while they discover their talents, build self-confidence, and while serving with their peer group. Our teens learn how to make an impact beyond themselves and become leaders of their own lives!

Chain Reaction is the local Teen Leadership Institute for youth ages 14-18 and CR alumni ages 18-24. Our members are from 17 different high school schools in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. They learn through service and hands on leadership experiences after school and during the summer. We are located on Pensacola State College’s campus in Pensacola.
